Fairly common, though localised, the Grey Fantail has a sweet tinkling call and can be observed fairly closely. It is curious enough to stay relatively close to equally curious, homo sapiens.

Grey Fantails catch their food in the air, eating mostly insects. This one was observed and photographed at King Lake National park in Victoria.
