The streaked light and shadows used to light this shot is difficult to expose correctly, however I found it was more important to expose her face correctly, despite the over-exposure towards the lower part of the photo which can be used to effect, enhancing the feeling of the morning sunlight. Holly rarely looks this serious and after some coaxing she stopped grinning her joyfully wide smile, but only for a fleeting moment.
