So many times I’ve found myself on the highway to or from Sydney having to stop the car amidst high speed traffic in order to capture a spectacular landscape or sudden vista lit by the vast and featureless sky. In this photo I had managed to stave off the urge to stop for 2 hours, thus decreasing total trip time and the distance between me and my destination, but eventually caved in to my feeling of neglect and laziness and stopped to capture the inspiring skyscape. If I had a dollar for every photo I didn’t take on that highway…
