I took this photo for the iPhone application “Note Trainer” that I developed recently. I had to shoot it twice, because the first time I didn’t duly consider having the octave from C to C visible in the shot. Also, the perspective had to be corrected in post processing, as the focal distance and lens distortion curved the keys quite dramatically. I’m posting it here in my public domain library as I think this kind of image would be quite useful for others to use though it’s more of a “stock” shot than anything particularly artistic.
