To get you through the chilly, wet winter here is a photo from just over a month ago of a pod of bottlenose dolphins cruising past the Byron Bay Lighthouse. Dolphins are social animals forming loose groups whose individuals interchange between groups. They have culture as well with groups passing on habits and traits to younger individuals.
