Finally, the sun is out again. Soon it will be spring and the hills will be covered in purple haze, and hay fever season will be upon us all. The seemingly innocuous yellow puffs, are in fact, under the microscope, barbed air-born thorns designed to facilitate the copulation and cross-pollensation of plants. Why plants need to have sex in my nose, is a complete mystery to me but I hope whatever service I offer them somehow completes my symbiosis with the cosmos, thereby absolving me from the guilt of being so high in the food chain.
