Bamboo is the fastest growing plant in the world. It has been used for centuries to make all sorts of things, from bridges to instruments. The bamboo patch pictured above is well photographed as the entire patch is covered with graffiti. It would take hours so read it all, although I’m not sure how many people are interested in the fact that Mark luvs Stacey 4 EVA.
There are hundreds of species of Bamboo and it is harvested and grown around the world. The needle in Alexander Graham Bell’s phonograph was made of bamboo, as was the filament in Thomas Edison’s light bulb.
