Get it? Byron Bay? Milky Way?? Ok whatever. Here is a photo I took a few months ago at a roadside lookout. I really don’t know how or why the town lights (and lighthouse) are flaring up like that. It only occurred in a few photos and seems to be related to the illumination of the tree. When the tree is in darkness, the town lights aren’t flared like that, even with the same settings.
Just one of those fluke interactions between the lights, the glass, and a passing car! Would love to know what exactly this is, if anyone can tell me.
Here is another version of the same photo with a passing plane – in case there weren’t enough light sources going on here!
