This 180 degree Milky Way panorama from 9 x 15s exposures may be the best photo I have ever taken! The colours are real, and come from the light of the Byron Lighthouse on the left, the town itself, the industrial area and the highway bypass construction. The picture is taken from the banks of the wetlands on the old golf course at Sunrise (North Beach).
