Eta Carinae Nebula NGC3372

To take this shot I controlled a telescope remotely from several hundred kilometers away. Grove Creek Observatory allowed me to access the scope and have a play with its features. It only takes B+W photos but you can use several filters, so I used the Red Green and Blue filters and layered them in their respective channels to produce this image of the Eta Carinae Nebula. I am hoping to go personally to the observatory to see the scope and help with their network. After midnight NASA takes control of the telescope.
